A dynamic company is seeking a skilled web designer to enhance the flow and clarity of websites. The ideal candidate should have a robust portfolio, experience with platforms like Webflow, and a solid understanding of UX principles. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely across teams and contribute to impactful design decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Reviewing and improving the structure, flow, and clarity of existing websites
Helping define and implement a modern CMS set-up, including migration planning and selection of tools (e.g. headless CMS, Webflow, etc.)
Designing user-centric, conversion-optimized layouts and components across websites, landing pages, and user flows
Ensuring design consistency and coherence across all touchpoints: marketing site, funnels, and internal tools
Collaborating closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams
Applying a continuous improvement mindset: proposing adjustments based on user behavior, feedback, and analytics
Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and interface design (both desktop and mobile)
Experience working with and implementing in platforms such as Webflow, Storyblok / similar headless CMS solutions and WordPress
A clear understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and conversion optimization (CRO)
Understand the basics of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with engineering teams
Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments—ideally in startups, agencies, or product teams
Proficient in tools like Figma, and at least one visual or no-code builder (e.g. Webflow, Heyflow, Framer)
Ability to manage your own projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes without micromanagement
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in healthcare, finance, or another regulated/complex sector
Basic knowledge of JavaScript to build or tweak static prototypes
Experience using design systems built with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design)
Comfort with version control tools like Git for reviewing UI code changes
Skills in motion design, animation (Lottie or After Effects), or lightweight video editing
Experience with data tools like Hotjar, GA4, or MS Clarity to inform design decisions
