Our client is a Berlin based software company, founded in 2016, that runs a social interacting app with more than 4 million users. The whole team is completely remote and lives all across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and design new features for the app
• Enhance your knowledge to implement user driven product requirements / optimizations
• Work closely with the development team
• Have a direct impact on team processes and conventions by regular retrospectives

Required experience:

• Living in Europe
• 3+ years of experience designing mobile apps (UI/UX)
• Fluent in Figma: can maintain and evolve a design system
• Experienced in UX (map and analyse existing flows and suggest improvements, understand usability)
• Doesn't think of design as pure aesthetics - interested in design as a way to solve user problems and drive desired user behaviour
• Ideally worked at or designed for social app startups for gen-z
• Values an environment of open feedback and growth
• Used to work in an English-speaking environment
