Taikonauten GmbH ищет старшего UX/цифрового дизайнера продуктов с готовностью к командировкам и самостоятельным ведением проектов. Компания разрабатывает цифровые продукты и платформы для клиентов в финансах, FinTech, мобильности и промышленности.

Кандидат возьмёт на себя полный цикл разработки продукта: Discovery–Delivery, разработку концепций, архитектуры, UX-исследования и создание высококачественных UI-дизайнов, работая в тесном сотрудничестве с клиентами и командами разработки.

Competenze

• Многолетний опыт в UX/продуктовом дизайне (5+ лет).
• Опыт работы с агентствами и flere клиентов.
• Стратегическая разработка UX концепций и исследовательские навыки.
• Умение проводить качественные исследования и анализ данных.
• Высокие требования к качеству визуального дизайна и дизайн-системам.
• Уверенное владение немецким языком на уровне B2/C1.

• Ответственность за весь UX и дизайн-процесс (Discovery–Delivery).

We are looking for a Senior UX / Digital Product Designer (any gender) with a high willingness to travel, who confidently masters the entire digital product development process and can independently lead projects in dynamic contexts and project environments, acting at a senior level both strategically and operationally. Taikonauten develops digital products, services and platforms for organizations in industries such as Finance, FinTech, Mobility, and Industrial & Manufacturing. We help companies strategically and sustainably develop their digital offerings in the context of digital transformation, product innovation and acceleration.

Responsibility for the entire UX and product design process (Discovery to Delivery) Structuring ambiguous problems (problem framing, scope, hypotheses) Bringing your professional perspective and consulting style to collaboration with clients Developing robust UX concepts for complex digital products Creating information architectures, user journeys and end-to-end flows Translating requirements into testable UX specifications Planning and conducting qualitative research formats (interviews, tests, workshops) Structured synthesis of insights and derivation of reliable recommendations Conceptualizing and developing visually high-quality UI designs and design systems Facilitating workshops for project initiation, defining a target vision and prioritization Persuasively advocating UX and design decisions to stakeholders Working closely with development teams during implementation Independently structuring complex project phases

Требования

Many years of experience in UX / Product Design (5+ years) Several years of agency experience with parallel projects and changing clients Extensive expertise in strategic UX concept development Demonstrated end-to-end experience in digital product development Extensive expertise in user research and quantitative/qualitative analysis Ability to derive and validate data-based hypotheses Very high standards for visual quality (layout, typography, design systems) Strategic understanding of Digital Strategy and Service Design Confident facilitation in German (at least B2, ideally C1) Confident use of Figma Systems thinking and structured problem analysis Ability to structure uncertainty productively High level of ownership and self-organization Resilience in dynamic project environments Ability to set priorities independently Commitment to actively advocating for and defending design quality Openness to and interest in AI tools as well as AI-supported processes and workflows Willingness to take on responsibility beyond the design role itself Будет плюсом: Experience with complex B2B or enterprise platforms; Data analysis experience (analytics, conversion optimization); Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe or similar); Basic understanding of technical architecture (APIs, frontend structures); Experience building or scaling design systems; Experience using AI tools and working with AI-supported processes and workflows; International project experience
