GetYourGuide is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to design and iterate customer experiences across web and mobile, from discovery to delivery.

You will use qualitative and quantitative insights, run experiments, collaborate with researchers, PMs, and engineers, and contribute to the design system while shaping the 12-month UX direction. Mentorship and AI-driven innovations are encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience in a digital product company.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and clear rationale from problem to shipped solution.
• Experience designing across web and mobile with platform-specific patterns.

• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed design decisions, including running experiments and A/B tests;
• Partner with UX Researchers to plan research initiatives and validate designs;

• Develop and advocate for a user-centred point of view on the product area;
• Contribute to the design system by extending and refining shared patterns and components;
• Help shape the UX vision and 12-month direction for the product area, connecting the work to broader group strategy;

• Solid understanding of how design connects to business objectives and KPIs;
• Actively uses AI tools to drive innovation in the design process and product outcomes, with concrete examples of impact.
