We’re looking for a UX Designer who can turn complex ERP processes into clear, intuitive solutions for our internal teams. In this role, you will support colleagues across several countries, understand their workflows, remove friction, and create tools and features that empower our users.

What you’ll work on

You will join cross-functional product teams dedicated to streamlining workflows, improving the usability of our employee- and supplier-facing applications. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in a collaborative product trio setup. You will help shape solutions for price strategy, assortment management and price component configuration, turning complex processes into efficient and automated experiences.

What you’ll do

• Design intuitive, responsive internal tools and dashboards in close collaboration with product and engineering
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to test and refine ideas
• Conduct research, usability tests, and feedback sessions with employees
• Balance business goals with user needs to deliver clear, actionable designs
• Visualize and simplify complex workflows and improve team productivity
• Contribute to our evolving Design System for consistency across ERP products
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement within the architecture
• Deliver high-quality interfaces with strong usability and visual clarity

You’ve got

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience on internal tools, enterprise, or B2B platforms
• Experience working in agile, product-driven teams
• A portfolio showing your end-to-end UX process
• Familiarity with UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, analytics)
• Confidence to work independently and clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience to navigate through uncertainty and frame clarity from ambiguous requirements
• Proficiency in Figma and Design Systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in English
• Ability to design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
• A natural curiosity and understanding for numbers; economic metrics and e-commerce would be helpful, not a necessity
