We are looking for an experienced (mid level to senior) UX Designer / Digital Product Manager who is deeply familiar with the latest digital tool ecosystems and experienced in consulting, delivery, and optionally / ideally in AI integration. You enjoy being closely involved with clients and are eager to collaborate intensively to deliver outstanding user experiences and product innovations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Product & UX Leadership: Lead the conception, design, and management of digital products and user experiences tailored to client needs.
  • Digital Tools & AI: Stay at the forefront of digital tools, platforms, and AI technologies; actively integrate these innovations into workflows and product solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Maintain a strong, proactive presence with clients, facilitating workshops, presentations, and continuous engagement to align on project goals and ensure satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal teams, technical service providers, and external partners to drive product development and UX excellence.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analyze client briefs critically, identify needs, and translate them into actionable product and UX strategies.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital product management, UX design, or a comparable senior role with a proven track record in digital innovation.
  • Tech-savvy: Deep familiarity with current and emerging digital tools and platforms, including experience with AI applications in product design or digital workflows.
  • User-centered Design: Strong passion for user experience design, with expertise in human-centered methodologies and usability best practices.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, comfortable with client presentations and facilitating workshops.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability and enthusiasm to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and user satisfaction.
