About Blue Yonder

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a UX Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-centric experiences that enhance growth and engagement. What you’ll do:

1. Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to solve user problems with minimal guidance.
2. Create detailed user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers.
4. Design and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences aligned with our brand and business goals.
5. Participate in user research and gather insights to inform design improvements.
6. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and executives.
7. Test and iterate on design concepts, gathering user feedback for ongoing enhancement.

What we are looking for:

1. 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio of your work.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
4. Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma or similar for wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
6. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
8. Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence applications in UX is a plus.
