Product UX Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and innovative Product UX Designer to join our team. This role involves crafting intuitive and effective user experiences for our generative AI platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UX principles and be skilled in designing complex software applications that meet both user needs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for our AI platform.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of the platform.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with issues of web accessibility, web security, and compliance—experience with enterprise-level platforms is a plus.
