UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

1. 8+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing successful design solutions for complex systems, preferably within retail or supply chain management.
2. Experience in designing user-friendly, intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing web responsive portals.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and user expectations.
4. Conduct extensive user research with relevant Category Management and Procurement team members and application users to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements.
5. Strong understanding of analytics and data visualization principles, with experience designing reporting tools or dashboards.
6. Develop and refine user personas and journeys, ensuring the solution caters to varied user needs across all category groups.
7. Ability to quickly prototype ideas, create wireframes, and low and high-fidelity designs.
8. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to implement designs.
9. Experience managing and mentoring other designers.
