Utimaco is a leading provider of IT security solutions with headquarters in Aachen, Germany. We are looking for a 1st level IT support specialist to join our hybrid team and help ensure smooth operations across Windows environments.

You will respond to user requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network issues while communicating clearly in German and English.

Your profile

• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Experience in supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols as well as Entra ID
• Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
