Utimaco, a global IT security leader, seeks a Linux DevOps Engineer to maintain enterprise Linux systems and build scalable Kubernetes clusters across data centers. You will drive IaC automation with Ansible, monitor with Sensu, Grafana Loki, and OpsGenie, and reinforce security using FreeIPA and OpenSCAP.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and strong English communication, with a flexible hybrid work model in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced Linux administration skills and familiarity with global data center environments, security concepts, and fail-over strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools, especially Ansible, and a strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging technologies, ideally Sensu, Grafana Loki, and OpsGenie.
• Solid knowledge of IDM technologies like FreeIPA, along with security hardening practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, teamwork capabilities, and excellent documentation skills.
