What you will be doing
  • Energy billing calculations of electric, gas, solar, water and HVAC for our tenants and clients
  • Process and verify payment checks
  • Prepare, issue, and send out invoices to customers
  • Track and manage outstanding receivables
  • Handle year-end closings, ensuring accuracy in financial statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and collection activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies

More about you
  • Proven experience in utility billing, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role
  • Experience in year-end closings and financial statement preparation
  • Familiarity with accounting software and invoicing systems
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • You speak English and German fluently
