The Role

Following recent investments and planned growth by Lucanet, we anticipate an increase in our customer base using our flagship products. We are seeking additional user support staff to ensure our customers maximize their use of our product suite. Your role will involve providing assistance to troubleshoot customer issues.

This may include guiding users through simple input errors or collaborating with other teams for more technical problems. Join us during this period of sustainable growth to help us navigate challenges and deliver top-tier service. This is a fully remote role with optional attendance at our Berlin office.
