We’re looking for an experienced User Success Specialist with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Your goal will be to accompany our users on their journey with YAZIO by helping them with any questions or problems they have along the way.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

Create the best possible YAZIO experience for our French and international users by resolving their questions and problems about the app and its features

Be the link between YAZIO and our users and provide individual and solution-oriented support in writing across all points of customer contact, e.g. support tickets or app store reviews

Help continuously improve the YAZIO app by learning about our users’ needs and communicating them to stakeholders in the company

Create and manage content for our Help Center

Inform other departments about possible app bugs and technical problems

Your Profile

Excellent written communication skills in French and English

Knowledge of another language (preferably Italian, Portuguese or Spanish) is a big plus

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

You’re tech-savvy and know your way around a smartphone

Experience in a service-oriented position is a plus

Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus

Available preferably 40 hours (per week)
