Your Responsibilities
- Define and refine research objectives, with a focus on qualitative methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, usability testing), complemented by quantitative techniques (e.g., surveys).
- Independently plan, execute, and moderate qualitative studies, and lead quantitative research initiatives.
- Collect and interpret qualitative insights and analytically evaluate quantitative data.
- Develop and select suitable qualitative methods to address brand and audience-specific challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
- Translate complex insights into actionable and strategic recommendations.
- Build strong, independent relationships with stakeholders.
- Advocate for user needs and challenge decisions that are not user-centered.
- Collaborate with UX, product, and marketing teams to integrate research findings.
- Strengthen the qualitative research perspective within the team by maintaining standards and co-developing methods.
- Stay up to date with research trends and methods.
What You Bring
- Several years of solid experience in qualitative research, with good knowledge of quantitative methods.
- Confident in conducting qualitative interviews, analyzing complex conversations, and identifying deep user needs and patterns.
- Ability to structure and analyze data, recognize patterns and relationships, and prepare insights precisely.
- Skilled in summarizing findings clearly and systematically.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to self-organize in a cross-functional environment.
- Stay current with new research methods and tools, and contribute to improving research practices.
- Regularly engage with relevant stakeholders.
- Present insights clearly and effectively to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, survey development, and statistical analysis methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, to effectively research with German-speaking users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a critical and interpretive mindset.
- Skilled in using research tools and analysis software, particularly for qualitative evaluation.
