Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Take care of 80.000 users and improve their experience with our services and IT tools
  • Monitor and push the progress of action plans from product and service owners and report the overarching status to national and international stakeholders, including senior management
  • Develop project plans and schedules for activities improving the user experience
  • Analyze technical, incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now, Nexthink, Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings
  • Translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
  • International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve the user centricity


Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Several years of professional working experience in relevant positions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High willingness to travel regularly in Europe
