RED GLOBAL - UX PROJECT MANAGER-REMOTE-12MONTHS+-ASAP START

RED, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently looking for a UX Project Manager to join the Research Foundations team and help build a cutting-edge User Experience Insights Hub using Dovetail Software. In this role, you will collaborate with the Team Leader to leverage your expertise in library resources and user needs to shape client's new infrastructure.

Role : UX Project Manager

Start : ASAP

Duration : 12 months+ extensions

Location : Remote

Capacity : 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Management and Analysis : Using the Dovetail platform to organize, analyze, and store qualitative research data, such as user interviews and transcripts.
• Project Planning and Management : Help aid team with detailed project plans, and manage timelines.
• Risk Assessment and Management : Identify and manage potential project risks.
• Compliance : Ensure the project development adheres to relevant SAP policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Project Management Experience : Proven experience in project planning, management, and execution.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with User Research Repositories. Familiarity with Microsoft languages (Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel)
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve project issues.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Research and Evaluation Skills : Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and communicating findings (a plus).
