Role Overview

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to drive performance across SDK ad networks (like AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity) and Google Ads . This is a hands-on execution role , ideal for someone with mobile app UA experience who can set up, optimize, and scale campaigns directly on the platforms.

You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead, Creative, and ASO teams to scale our UA efforts, focusing on ROAS, cohort quality, and creative testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, and Google Ads
  • Launch and test new creatives, targeting strategies, and placements
  • Monitor performance across MMP dashboards and backend data
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate and iterate on high-performing assets
  • Work with the ASO team to align UA strategy with store conversion improvements
  • Ensure proper tracking and cost control across platforms
  • Share learnings and trends from your platforms with the broader team

Requirements

  • Must : 2+ years experience in UA for mobile apps or games
  • Must : Hands-on experience with at least two : Mintegral, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or Google Ads
  • Must : Fluent English
  • Nice to have : Experience with Meta or TikTok
  • Strong understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPPU, retention, and cohort LTV
  • Comfortable with MMP tools (like Appsflyer or Adjust) and campaign-level performance analysis
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced team
