User Acquisition Lead (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition (UA) Lead to join and guide our UA team. In this role, you will manage the team’s day-to-day operations, optimize and manage user acquisition campaigns, and shape the UA strategy and direction for current and future titles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UA strategies for our games in collaboration with the Growth Director.
• Experiment with and iterate on channels, optimization strategies, partner services, and automation tools.
• Oversee ad campaigns, ensuring performance is analyzed and optimized effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with AdNetworks and industry partners.
• Lead and support the professional growth of our cross-functional UA team, focusing on development, career advancement, and recruitment.
• Foster collaboration across user acquisition, creative production, and data teams.

Required Skills

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry or a strong passion for games, especially mobile games.
• Demonstrated UA experience across platforms such as in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity), social channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok), and incentivized channels (Adjoe, Tapjoy, etc.).
• Proven ability to collaborate with ad creative teams and contribute to creative strategy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Motivated, organized, and adaptable work style.
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
