Overview

Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a talented Project Manager and Engineer to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This position will support military organizations including U-A/A4CX (Ramstein AB) and European Command (EUCOM)/J44 (Stuttgart), ensuring seamless integration of technical and financial program management efforts and overseeing the progress of both technical and financial teams to achieve program milestones and objectives. This role will be onsite in Ramstein, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Support military organizations including U-A/A4CX (Ramstein AB) and EUCOM/J44 (Stuttgart).
• Support various military installations across Europe, including Spangdahlem AB, Aviano AB, Incirlik AB, Lajes Field, Moron AB, and several Royal Air Force Bases, among others.
• Manage a program budget of $30M to $50M for CBRN defense for USAFE, ensuring integration of technical and financial efforts and tracking progress to meet milestones.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact for the CBRN defense program, facilitating communication and collaboration among all involved parties, and providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program management plan, including resource allocation, requirements prioritization, and a five-year Future Years Defense Program (FYDP).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the program, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics, tracking program success and providing performance reports to stakeholders.
• Support financial management activities, including tracking, record-keeping, and audit readiness, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate technical and engineering efforts related to facility systems and HEMP mitigation, including meetings, inspections, and standards development.
• Ensure alignment of financial, technical, and requirements efforts through regular coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or 15 years without a degree.
• Practical experience in the areas specified in the Task Order and Performance Work Statement.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance required.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, sit, climb stairs, talk, hear, and see.
• Ability to lift 15-25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical engineering and technical services related to facility systems and HEMP mitigation.
• Experience coordinating technical design review meetings.
• Experience managing financial and technical efforts.
