The Fraunhofer Research Institution for Additive Production Technologies IAPT in Hamburg Bergedorf is one of the leading institutions for the industrialization of additive production. What you will do

• Project processing and management of research and industrial projects

Acquisition of publicly funded research projects and industrial development projects

Presentation of R&D activities at conferences, on committees and with project partners

Publication of research results in scientific journals and conferences

Supervision of research assistants, Bachelor's and / or Master's theses

What you bring to the table

Completed scientific university degree (Master's or university diploma) with or without a doctorate in mechanical engineering, engineering sciences, mechatronics or a related field of study Ideally initial experience in the scientific project business or in a research-related environment

Open and curious personality with analytical skills and an independent, goal-oriented way of working

Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Depending on the position, willingness to travel for one day and occasionally several days on national and international business trips
