Fritz Spieth Beratende Ingenieure GmbH sucht am Standort Esslingen eine Mitarbeitende/r zur Unterstützung des Managements und der Teams im Tagesgeschäft. Sie koordinieren Prozesse über Standorte hinweg und tragen zur effizienten Organisation bei.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und analytisches Denkvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bau- oder Ingenieurbereich.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
• Technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denken.
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

In this role, you support management and the teams in daily operations and coordinate processes across locations.
