Job summary

Spieth Ingenieure is seeking a Technical Draftsperson / CAD Designer (f/m/d) with a focus on civil engineering to join our Esslingen team. You will develop drawings for municipal water management, traffic facilities, and utility plans, and contribute to HOAI service phases 1 to 9.

Independence, accuracy, and cross-location coordination are essential. The ideal candidate has several years of drafting experience, strong BricsCAD skills (3D) with B&B planning tools, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as technical draftsperson.
• Several years of professional experience as technical draftsperson required.
• Proficient in industry-standard CAD software and 3D design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings for municipal and private clients and industrial projects.
• Create drawings for municipal water management, traffic facilities, and utility plans.
• Participate in HOAI service phases 1 to 9 and coordinate with teams across locations.
• Support construction management activities.

Technical Draftsperson / CAD Designer (f/m/d) with focus on civil engineering

We are a nationwide engineering firm with over 125 employees at multiple locations. Our focus areas are infrastructure, water, transportation, and energy and telecommunications supply. From planning to implementation, we accompany demanding projects. At the Esslingen location, central organizational functions are consolidated. In this role, you support management and the teams in daily operations and coordinate processes across locations.

• Processing projects for municipal and private clients as well as industrial companies
• Drawing work for measures focusing on municipal water management and traffic facilities as well as utility plans
• Participation in processing service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI
• Support in construction management

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as technical draftsperson
• Several years of professional experience as technical draftsperson required
• Engagement, sense of responsibility, and teamwork ability
• Good knowledge of industry-standard specialist software, preferably BricsCAD with B&B planning tool in 3D, MS Office (if you have experience with other CAD programs, we are happy to train you)
