We are looking for an Unreal Engine Developer with a creative, tech-driven mindset. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling, developing applications that go beyond traditional software development: from experimental prototypes to production-ready real-time systems.

What you’ll do:

• Developing interactive applications using Unreal Engine (UE5)
• Implementing gameplay and interaction logic in C++ and/or Blueprints
• Integrating 3D assets, animations, and UI
• Optimizing performance and rendering for various platforms (PC, VR, and potentially mobile)
• Integrating AI features and connecting the Unreal Engine to complex systems (e.g., virtual production, simulation, multiplayer)
• Developing prototypes and new features for real-time applications
• (senior) Planning application architecture
• (senior) Creating implementation plan and follow through on it

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Unreal Engine and, if applicable, other game engines (e.g., virtual production, simulation, interactive experiences)
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Blueprints
• Understanding of 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, real-time technologies, and shader programming / Technical Art
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Plastic)
• Experience with VR/AR projects, multiplayer, or network systems
• Experience in performance optimization, build pipelines, and cross-platform development
• Independent, structured work style
• Comfortable working in English and German
