Your Mission
  • Resolve 2nd level customer tickets involving a wide variety of issues, collaborating with dedicated teams (tech, sales, logistics, account, finance).
  • Analyze issues, coordinate solutions within 1NCE and with our suppliers, ensure customer satisfaction, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist sales and customers in understanding our products to facilitate successful integration into their environments.
  • Support presales efforts by adapting our products to specific customer environments.
  • Demonstrate passion for technology by simulating end-to-end customer setups, from IoT devices to server applications.
  • Proficient with BSS applications, APIs, and web interfaces.
  • Preferably familiar with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • Familiar with incident and problem management processes (e.g., ITIL).
  • Skilled at identifying small errors and irregularities in text, code, or digits.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or customer support is advantageous.
  • Possess a hands-on mentality and team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, SQL).
  • Good skills in MS Excel.
  • Demonstrate self-assertion, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and improve.
