Your Mission
As our UK Sales Head, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll build and lead a high-performing local sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of Ninox-Lowcode-Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution, growth, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and scale a top-tier UK Sales team with a strong performance culture
- Deliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applications
- Position Ninox to executive-level decision-makers, with a focus on MidMarket and Enterprise clients
- Drive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK network
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners and system integrators
- Collaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand generation activities
- Set, track, and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands-on approach
- Foster long-term customer relationships, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven track record in building and managing successful UK Sales teams
- Strong technical mindset and demo delivery skills
- Experience selling Business Applications to executive personas, ideally with Low Code exposure
- Deep network in the UK MidMarket and Enterprise space
- Expertise in partner/channel development and indirect sales strategies
- Familiarity with demand generation and marketing collaboration
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and execution
- Passion for customer success and long-term relationship building
