Your mission

• Our platform enables customers to independently create an AI for their document problem. You ensure easy-to-understand user guidance so that even non-experts can successfully train new AIs
• You develop and implement UX guidelines and best practices for a professional and consistent design of our platform
• You are responsible for the conception, design and prototyping of new product features in Figma
• You work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth implementation of the design
• You work with the marketing team to implement a consistent corporate design across our platform and marketing activities
• You conduct usability tests, analyzing user feedback and, based on that, continuously improving the user experience

Your profile

• You have a degree in interaction design, media art and design, media informatics or a comparable course of study
• You have at least two years of professional experience in UI and UX design
• You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design
• You have the ability to harmonize design, innovation and usability
• You have a good technical understanding and are interested in our products and AI in general
• You are a creative and innovative team player who likes to work independently
• You have a sound understanding of UX principles, methods and tools as well as knowledge in the use of Figma or similar tools
• You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• You are fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German (both at least B2 level)
