We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time UI / UX Designer (m / f / d) to join our team in Cologne.

Every day, our team of experienced and highly motivated designers and software developers support our customers from retail, industry, and healthcare with our software platforms in their digital transformation, helping them succeed. Join us in designing innovative IT solutions in a dynamic and agile environment.

Your tasks at BAYARD

Design user interfaces for our platforms for enterprise customers and create an optimal user experience:

• UI / UX design for our SaaS platforms
• Designing new user interfaces and product features
• Ongoing improvement of existing interaction elements
• Create mockups and wireframes
• Coordinate with Product Management
• Coordinate with development
• Capture customer experiences and expectations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Media Informatics, Web Design / Media Design, or comparable creative / technical training
• At least 4 years of practical experience in web application design in an enterprise environment
• Confident use of design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Analytical and structured approach in an agile environment (SCRUM)
• Experience in online shops, PIM, MDM, retail, or logistics is a plus
• Very good German or English skills
