Aufgaben

• You will conduct user research and analysis by conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests with aerospace and defense stakeholders (pilots, ground crew) to gather requirements and validate designs
• You will develop low- and high-resolution wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for HMI systems using tools such as Figma, Azure, or Adobe XD
• You will design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for aerospace HMIs
• You will optimize the user experience and consider human factors to ensure that designs prioritize usability, accessibility, and performance
• You will incorporate feedback from user testing and customer reviews to iteratively refine the user interfaces

Profil

• You have a bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in HMI, automotive, aerospace, or defense
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
• You are proficient in using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• You have experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, InVision) and a basic understanding of embedded systems and real-time software environments
