Typeform is seeking a Freelance Principal Recruiter to join on a full-time engagement as a cross-functional Talent Acquisition Partner for technical and business roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment in a small, high-ownership TA team, focusing on raising hiring quality and time-to-fill across global functions.

You’ll lead 8–12 active roles at once, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to shape role scope and success criteria.

• Deliver a strong candidate experience while upholding a high and consistent hiring bar.
• Close candidates by building trust, alignment, and long-term fit.

We’re looking for a Freelance Principal Recruiter to join Typeform on an initial, full-time engagement.In this role, you’ll operate as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner, owning hiring end-to-end across a mix of technical and business roles.You’ll work in a small, high-ownership TA team, where the focus is not just on delivery—but on consistently raising the bar on talent and hiring quality.

• Strong stakeholder management—you bring structure, clarity, and momentum
• High ownership and autonomy—you’re comfortable operating at speed withlimited direction
