We're looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join our product and engineering talent team, where you will find and hire the people who build our platform. This is your opportunity to shape world-class product and engineering teams in a fast-scaling, category-leading, AI-enabled company.

What you'll do

• Full-cycle tech hiring: You own the hiring process end to end for product and engineering roles as the first point of contact for candidates.

• Sourcing strategy: You build and run role-specific sourcing strategies together with our TA sourcers, using data to decide where to focus and when to change approach.

• AI-enabled sourcing and screening: You use AI tools for market mapping, search, outreach and screening, while the hiring decision and the candidate relationship stay with you.

• Stakeholder advisory: You advise senior stakeholders across hiring teams and run hiring enablement initiatives that improve the quality of their decisions.

• Talent pipelines: You nurture and reactivate talent pools across the organisation, so a new role opens with a warm pipeline rather than a blank page.

• Coaching and enablement: You coach other TA team members, including on how to apply AI in their own workflows, to build a learning culture across the function.

• Market insight: You gather and share global talent market insights for the departments you support, and act as a subject-matter expert on cross-functional projects.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Experience: You have 8+ years of recruitment experience in a technical talent role, ideally in a product-led company.

• Candidate attraction: You are a confident communicator who engages passive candidates and gives them a clear, honest reason to consider Personio.

• Structured prioritisation: You work in a structured way and prioritise a heavy, varied requisition load without letting details slip.

• Stakeholder partnership: You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and you say so when the brief or the process needs to change.

• Data fluency: You work comfortably with hiring data and turn it into conclusions and actions, not just reporting.

• AI fluency: You have hands-on experience using AI to improve your workflow, and the sound judgment to know exactly when to rely on it and when to step in yourself.

• Language: You are business-fluent in English.
