Du verantwortest als Projektmanager die Ende-zu-Ende-Kundenbeziehung und unterstützt unseren Vertrieb. Eigenständiges Arbeiten in einer Arbeitsatmosphäre, die trotz der Unternehmensgröße familiär geblieben ist und in der dir KollegInnen mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stehen, ist Dir wichtig. What you'll be doing

Was erwartet Dich:

In dieser Position übernimmst Du die Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte. Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Betreuung von Kundenprojekten sowie die Durchführung von Erweiterungsaufträgen für Bestandskunden. Dabei setzt Du innovative Projektmanagementmethoden ein, um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen – sei es durch agile Ansätze, traditionelle Methoden und oder auch Hybride Vorgehensweise.

Das bringst Du mit:

Für diese Position bringst Du möglichst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung mit, idealerweise im IT-Bereich. Eine Zertifizierung in einer anerkannten Projektmanagement-Methodik wie PMP, PSM, Prince2, CAPM oder ähnliches ist von Vorteil. Weitere Zertifizierungen sind natürlich ebenfalls willkommen. Du solltest über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch verfügen, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Darüber hinaus ist ein analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Eigenverantwortung unerlässlich. Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tools und Technologien einzuarbeiten, runden Dein Profil ab.
