SMS group GmbH in Mfcnchengladbach sucht Treasury Specialist (w/m/d). Im Group Treasury tragen Sie die zentrale Verantwortung ffcr Cash-Management, Cash-Pooling und interne Finanzierung und arbeiten eng mit anderen Gruppenfinanzen zusammen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehf6ren SAP-Buchungen, Abwicklung von Zahlungsverkehr, Intragruppenabstimmungen, Berichte zur Liquidit01t sowie das IFRS-Reporting. Sie bringen eine kaufmfcnnliche Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit und verffcgen

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Berufserfahrung im Bank- oder Treasury-Bereich erwünscht.
• Kenntnisse in Zahlungsverkehr, Treasury-Buchhaltung, Währungsmanagement.
• IT-gestützte Lösungen nutzen und weiterentwickeln regelmäßig.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung des gruppenweiten Cash-Pooling und Finanzierung intern.
• Buchungsvorge4nge in SAP fcer Treasury-Transaktionen.
• Intragruppen-Abstimmungen, manueller Buchungen, Bankauszugsbearbeitung.
• Berichtswesen, z.B. Liquidite4tsberichte ffcr das Management.
• Durchfchrung von Treasury-Zahlungen in TIS und Kontenfchrhrung.
• Unterstfctzung bei IFRS-Berichtswesen und Jahresabschfcssen.
• Mitwirkung an Modernisierungsprojekten im Treasury.

Treasury Specialist (w/m/d)

SIE HANDELN

As an employee in the Group Treasury of the SMS Group, you will assume responsibility for the central cash management right from the start and work hand in hand with other central finance functions:

• In our global setup, your new day-to-day tasks will include monitoring the group-wide cash pooling and support ongoing internal financing of the SMS group companies
• As part of your back-office function, you will directly make accounting entries in SAP for our daily treasury operations such as hedging and cash management activities
• Preparation of intragroup reconciliations, preparation of manual bookkeeping entries and bank statement processing in SAP
• Be responsible for reporting purposes such as management-relevant liquidity reporting
• Preparation of treasury banking payments in our group wide online banking tool TIS as well as the disposition of the bank accounts
• Beresponsible for federal bank reporting and assist during annual and quarterly IFRS financial statements
• For continuous development of our department, you will closely connect with the other treasury functions,get familiar with the areas of foreign currency hedging for the SMS project business and currency management and participate in modernisation projects for our department. SIE WISSEN

You have a degree in business administration (Bachelor) or completed commercial vocational training, e.g. bank or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have relevant professional experience in a bank or in the treasury department of a company and have gained knowledge of payment transactions, bookkeeping of treasury transactions, currency management, accounting or handling cash management systems
• You have a sounding knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping
• Working with IT-supported solutions and their continuous further development is as much a part of your habits as a self-confident appearance and use of your communication skills towards internal and external business partners
• You have specialist IT skills, especially in SAP 4/Hana, MS Excel, TIS or others
• Very good German (must have) and English skills as well as a structured and independent way of working complete your profile
