OSI International Holding GmbH in Gersthofen is seeking a Treasury Back Office Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee domestic and international payments across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive automation initiatives, collaborate with IT, banks, and front office to resolve issues, and support daily cash positioning.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Finance, solid treasury knowledge, and strong Excel and SAP experience.

Aufgaben

• Process and validate domestic and international payments across multiple entities and currencies.
• Participate in automation and process improvements to enhance straight-through processing (STP).
• Coordinate with IT, banks, and Treasury front office to resolve rejected, returned, or blocked payments.
• Support daily cash positioning for multiple OSI entities.
• Process and confirm daily treasury transactions, including FX, MM, derivatives and cash movements and execute end-to-end settlement activities thereof.
• Manage payment systems incl. ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), payment terminals (e.g., Sumup), treasury management systems (e.g., Coupa) and credit cards to process transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain relevant data records, e.g. authorized signatory records, payment templates etc.

• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance straight-through processing (STP)
