Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH is seeking a Treasury Specialist (f/m/d) to support treasury operations and daily accounting in a growing European finance team near Frankfurt am Main/Offenbach. You will handle cash summaries, bank transactions, and cash flow planning while contributing to month-end close and process improvements.

The role requires a finance degree, up to 3 years’ experience, Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and German; DATEV and SAP FI knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or comparable degree.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proactive work attitude and strong analytical skills.
• Team player and able to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily cash summaries and managing cash operations.
• Managing bank transactions (account management, processing payments, handling transfers, etc.).
• Creating and monitoring cash-in / cash-out plans.
• Support the monthly financial closing by coordinating and collecting data from cross-functional departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within treasury and finance operations.
• Perform general accounting activities and support internal accounting operations.
• Provide ad hoc support to the finance team on ongoing financial and administrative tasks.

For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for a professional as:

Treasury Specialist (f/m/d)

To support our continued growth and ensure strong financial governance, we are expanding our Finance team. Recent increases in financial activity, together with the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4HANA, require additional capacity and strengthened controls. As transaction volumes continue to rise, we aim to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all financial operations — including treasury tasks, daily accounting support, and managing accounting solutions in line with HGB and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily cash summaries and managing cash operations
• Managing bank transactions (account management, processing payments, handling transfers, etc.)
• Creating and monitoring cash-in / cash-out plans
• Support the monthly financial closing by coordinating and collecting relevant data from cross-functional departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within treasury and finance operations
• Perform general accounting activities and support internal accounting operations
• Provide ad hoc support to the finance team on ongoing financial and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or comparable degree
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical experience in Treasury, Bank, accounting or comparable qualifications preferable
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
• Communicating fluently in English and German
• Proactive work attitude and strong analytical skills
• Working effectively as a team player
