Treasury Senior Expert Financing (f/m/x)

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

Responsibilities

• Leading the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of external financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, term loans, private placements, and lease structures.
• Managing internal financing processes, including intercompany loans, netting, and liquidity allocation across entities.
• Driving financing strategy to support investment, working capital, and long-term funding requirements.
• Overseeing all group factoring and receivables financing programs (recourse and non-recourse), including negotiation, implementation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with Sales, Accounting, and Legal to ensure factoring arrangements are commercially sound and compliant.
• Ensuring timely and accurate internal and external reporting of financing activities, including debt schedules, covenant compliance, and financing-related disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking, ideally within a global industrial or automotive group.
• Proven track record in managing corporate financing structures, factoring programs, and related reporting requirements.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy accompanied by sound knowledge of financial instruments, working capital solutions, and credit markets.
• Familiarity with treasury and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Treasury Management Systems) and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an asset.
