As a Treasury Sales Associate (TSA), you will partner with and support Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) in delivering integrated treasury solutions to existing and prospective Large Corporate German-based HQ Clients, helping manage and grow revenue within an assigned portfolio of GPS services. These include international Cash & Liquidity Management, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Trade Finance.
This role, based in Frankfurt, reports directly to the Managing Director, Head of Large Corporate Sales for Northern Europe, focusing on German and Austrian clients. The team manages approximately 50 clients with 4 TSOs, 2 Treasury Sales Associates, and 1 TSA, collaborating closely with CBK teams and GPS Product and Service teams.
You will assist in coordinating the Client Management process, focusing on client acquisition and deepening relationships through identifying client needs, utilizing support partners for research and pre-call planning.
To succeed, TSAs must maintain a strong client focus, understand bank operations and products, and possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
