REMA TIP TOP West GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Treasury Managerin bzw. einen Treasury Manager für Payments & Financial Risk Management.

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Bereich Risikomanagement, Hedging-Strategien und Zahlungsverkehr, arbeiten eng mit internationalen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen und berichten direkt an die Treasury-Führung. Sie bringen mehrjährige Treasury-Erfahrung, fundierte Kenntnisse in FX/Zins-/Rohstoffrisiken sowie Expertise mit TMS-Systemen (idealerweise 360T) und

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzern-Treasury eines internationalen Unternehmens.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in FX-, Zins- und Rohstoffrisikomanagement.
• Erfahrung mit Hedging-Strategien und Finanzinstrumenten.
• Kenntnisse im Cash Management, Liquiditätsplanung und Inhouse-Banking.
• Erfahrung mit Treasury-Management-Systemen (TMS), idealerweise 360T, sowie sehr guten Excel-Kenntnissen.
• HGB/IFRS-Hedge-Accounting von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung und Analyse von FX-, Zins- und Rohstoffrisiken sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung von Hedging-Strategien.
• Durchführung von Hedging-Transaktionen über Treasury-Systeme (TMS, 360T).
• Erstellung von Risikoberichten und Ad-hoc-Analysen; Unterstützung der Buchhaltung beim Hedge-Accounting nach HGB/IFRS.
• Ansprechpartner für internationale Tochtergesellschaften bei Risikofragen.
• Bearbeitung von täglichen Zahlungsverkehrsvorgängen und Kontenführung.
• Durchführung des täglichen Cash-Managements und Unterstützung bei Investments und Finanzierungen.
• Unterstützung bei Liquiditätsplanung, Reporting und Prozesspflege im TMS.
• Management von Cash-Pooling-Strukturen und Verwaltung interner Darlehen/Intercompany-Verträge.

What your profile looks like

• A college degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the corporate treasury department of an international company
• In-depth knowledge of FX, interest rate, and commodity risk management
• Experience with hedging strategies and financial instruments
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and in-house banking
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ideally 360T, as well as very strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of hedge accounting under HGB and IFRS is a plus

Your area of responsibility

• Monitoring and analyzing foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risks, as well as developing and implementing hedging strategies
• Execution of hedging transactions via treasury systems (TMS, 360T)
• Preparation of risk reports and ad hoc analyses, and support for the accounting department with hedge accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Point of contact for international subsidiaries regarding risk management issues
• Processing of day-to-day payment transactions and management of bank accounts
• Handling daily cash management and providing support with investments and financing
• Assisting with liquidity planning, reporting, and maintaining processes in the TMS
• Management of cash pooling structures and administration of internal loans and intercompany agreements
