REMA TIP TOP AG is seeking a strategic professional to support global portfolio and corporate strategies from its Poing, Germany location. You will analyze performance, markets, and competitors and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

The role requires a Master’s degree and strong analytical skills, with excellent English and an openness to travel internationally. You will collaborate with multiple departments and manage international projects from concept to implementation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, economics, finance, or comparable field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are expected.
• Willingness to travel internationally for work and to engage with global teams.

• A completed master's degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience or relevant internships in industry, management consulting, strategy, controlling, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
