Your contribution :

The Manager, Financial Risk, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Financial Risk, is responsible for managing the Company’s foreign exchange and supporting commodities hedging programs, along with managing all Treasury IT systems. This position will be located in Hannover, Germany, or Bratislava, Slovakia, with a dotted line reporting to the Regional Director, EMEA Treasury.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct risk assessments related to foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risks, and advise the business on hedging strategies.
2. Lead all aspects of the implementation of hedging programs.
3. Develop and manage relationships with banks involved in the global hedging program.
4. Execute trades, refine the global hedging strategy, and train regional finance staff.
5. Support management of Treasury IT systems, including:

• Treasury workstation
• Commodity module

Support the management of the EMEA regional treasury function.

What kind of energy are we looking for?

Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of 5-10 years Treasury experience

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in executing global hedging programs related to commodities, foreign exchange, and interest rates.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational company.

Good understanding of general accounting principles.
