We are looking for a Tread Compound Development Engineer to expand our R&D team in Hannover.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and introduce competitive compounds for summer, winter, and all-season tires for the European market.
2. Support for compound-related series production and quality issues.
3. Engage in project work related to chemical compound development.
4. Support Linglong's sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in compound design.
• Experience in dealing with and communicating with suppliers.
• Familiarity with the tire production process.
• Experience in tire quality analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Open-minded, team player with strong communication skills.
