Join us at Ventura TRAVEL – a group of specialized travel brands that unleash the adventurer in every person! Our mission is to make travelers experience the true China by offering amazing trips and unique experiences.

As our Travel Specialist, you'll inspire our customers to travel to China with China Tours. With a passion for China, you'll create and sell high-quality, authentic group trips to German-speaking clients, manage trip preparations, and provide excellent customer service via email and phone.

You will report directly to our Brand Director and work with a diverse, international team of passionate individuals.

NOTE: The team is currently full, but growth is rapid! Please note, we will only consider applications written in English.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers before and after trips via phone and email.
  • Providing a unique sales experience to help meet targets.
  • Negotiating with local service providers for the best deals.
  • Presenting our travel products, mainly on our website.
  • Coordinating reservations with flight and local service teams.
  • Developing new travel products from scratch.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer contact via phone and email.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (native); Chinese is a plus.
  • Travel experience and passion for China.
  • Understanding of travel product sales.
  • Positive attitude and calmness under stress.

Additional assets:

  • Basic Chinese language skills.
  • Experience in tourism or as a tour operator.
  • Sales and customer service experience.
  • Software proficiency.
