Puraventura offers responsible tours to Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico since 2015, with the purpose of providing authentic travel experiences for our clients. We enjoy working in a growing company where everyone shares and lives our vision and personally contributes to our success in better environmental practices.

We are seeking a new Travel Specialist for the German market who will plan, design, and sell amazing trips to Costa Rica, Cuba, and Mexico. It could be you!

Basic Qualifications

• You are passionate about Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
• Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in the tourism industry.
• Your mother tongue is German with excellent written skills.
• You have very good knowledge of Spanish and English.
• You possess a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
• You enjoy engaging with customers and partners.
• You have a good understanding of online sales.

Additional Qualifications

• You have lived in one of the countries we operate in.
• Experience working in an online travel agency.
• You are comfortable with software and IT tools.
• You have designed trips in Latin America.

Location: Berlin, Germany, with the possibility of working remotely from Central America for up to three months.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing a compelling round-trip portfolio.
• Providing customer support: consulting, sales, and after-sales services.
• Presenting our travel products, mainly on our website.
• Analyzing competitors to improve our offerings continually.
• Negotiating services and prices with local or internal providers to secure the best deals for Puraventura and our clients.
• Responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinating reservations with flight and local service providers.
• Ensuring the highest quality of trips and outstanding travel experiences for clients.
