Amex GBT in Vilseck, Germany is seeking a travel support professional to create and manage travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts, including car, hotel, air, and rail bookings.

You will act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to ensure the best traveler experience in each situation. The role requires 2+ years in travel or strong customer service, English fluency, and attention to detail, with basic MS Office and Sabre GDS skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background
• Experience in travel support roles preferred
• English fluent – written and spoken 2nd language a plus
• Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy
• Basic MS Office
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Good travel industry knowledge
• Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred

• Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
• Assignments include both routine and non-routine work
• May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)
