American Express Global Business Travel in Stuttgart, Germany, within CWT Defense & Government, seeks an experienced travel support professional to create and manage complex itineraries for government accounts. You will ensure bookings meet client standards, advise on optimal options, and resolve non-routine issues while supporting department initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background.
• Experience in travel support roles preferred.
• English fluent – written and spoken.

• Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts.
• Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences.
• Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation.
• Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares.
• May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)
