Zusammenfassung

Amex GBT in Kaiserslautern, Germany is seeking a travel support specialist to create and manage travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts, including car, hotel, air, rail.

You will ensure reservations align with client standards, act as a trusted advisor with informed recommendations, and tackle moderately complex issues such as multi-destination itineraries and fare changes. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background.
• Experience in travel support roles preferred.
• English fluent – written and spoken.
• 2nd language a plus.
• Basic MS Office
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Good travel industry knowledge
• Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred
