Role Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects, analyzing data to identify and address inefficiencies
• Utilize tools such as VSM, Swimlane diagrams, RCCA, Kaizen, and DMAIC for process analysis
• Guide teams in identifying root causes and transforming challenges into opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategic solutions, monitor KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and foster continuous improvement culture
• Apply your transportation expertise along with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Lead cross-functional teams, influence change, and communicate effectively
• Motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
