What you'll do

• Lead process improvement projects, analyzing data to identify and address inefficiencies effectively.
• Utilize tools such as VSM, Swimlane diagrams, RCCA's, Kaizen, and DMAIC to analyze and improve processes.
• Inspire and guide teams to identify root causes and transform challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategic solutions, monitoring KPIs to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Who you are

• You have a strong background in transportation, with significant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing change.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards operational excellence.
