ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Transportation Network Manager to join our team in charge of the local network design, transportation strategy, transportation service and cost performances.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Monitors carriers performance and service levels for all product categories distributed locally, reporting any deviation to agreed SLAs in terms of promised lead; works closely on deep-dives and corrective action plans in case of under-performances.
2. Tracks and reports service and quality performances and claims.
3. Acts as a single point interface for both internal and external customers, developing and improving transportation methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness, continue to meet the delivery requirements of the customer.
4. Owns the local transportation cost budget. Performs cost analysis on transportation expenses and recommending modifications to meet industry “best practice”, in cooperation with logistics sourcing department.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

1. Min 5-6 years of experience in transportation management / in organized logistics sector.
2. Proven knowledge of Transportation and Logistics industry.
3. Analytical, facts and figures decision based.
4. Ideally candidate should come from company with large omnichannel (WHOLESALE, RETAIL, ECOM) business distribution.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient using MS Office.
7. Available for Business trips.
8. Experience of stakeholder management in a complex global environment.
9. Good communicator across all levels both towards internal stakeholders and external Suppliers.
10. Demonstrable problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
11. Excellent self-management practices.
12. Proactive, energetic and committed.
13. Flexible, adaptable and pragmatic.
