As the Transportation Manager, you'll lead daily transportation operations and drive logistics strategy across both live and finished product movement. With oversight of internal drivers, third-party logistics partners, and live haul scheduling, you will ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective transportation of poultry and finished goods. Your leadership will directly impact supply chain efficiency, fleet management, and overall operational performance across the organization.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive transportation management experience, including team leadership, routing, and third-party logistics. Experience in the food or protein industry. CDL Class A license strongly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead transportation teams, communicate clearly, and enforce policies with minimal supervision. Comfortable managing in a regulated, fast-paced environment with complex routing and compliance demands.
